Processing Time

Orders placed before 10:00 AM PT ship same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM PT ship the next business day, guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers & Rates

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Orders over $35 ship free.-

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Local orders typically arrive the next day, while orders elsewhere in the U.S. generally arrive within 1-3 business days after shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship internationally.

Due to state regulations, we are unable to ship kratom products to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, North Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, and Wisconsin.

Kratom laws also vary at the city and county level, even within states where it is otherwise legal, including but not limited to parts of California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Mississippi, and Washington. It is the buyer's responsibility to know and comply with their state and local laws before placing an order. If we become aware that an order is being shipped to a restricted state or locality, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Kratom laws are changing rapidly. This list reflects our understanding as of 9/2026 and may not capture every local ordinance. If you're unsure whether kratom is legal where you live, please check with your local government before ordering.
